South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol has vowed to punish North Korea "multiple times stronger", in the event that it carries out any act of provocation against the South. He was speaking shortly after North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un announced he would do away with a long-standing goal of reunification, seeking instead to amend the constitution to ensure that Seoul is seen as Pyongyang's "primary foe".
