The deterioration of the country's road network, combined with continuous poor maintenance, is harming the economy. A crucial sector like agriculture, has an immediate on rising prices of goods in South Africa. Farmers and other rural communities try to do their bid in terms of road maintenance, but their efforts are just a drop in the ocean. General manager of TLU SA, Bennie van Zyl spoke with eNCA.
