SA's Housing Crisis | 'Not in our backyard'

Residents of Cape Town's suburb of Rondebosch are threatening legal action against the Cape Town metro, if it pushes ahead with a housing project in the area. The Ratepayers Association accuses the city’s housing directorate of failing to consult them. Two sites in the suburb have been earmarked for 1,350 affordable housing units and commercial businesses but the city says their complaints are premature. eNCA’s Nobesuthu Hejana reports.
