We’re still called monkeys, that’s the word of a neighbour of one of two men killed on a Laersdrift farm last month. For the community, the deaths of 39-year-old Thembeni Mnguni and 23-year-old Wanda Mahlangu represent an apartheid past that lives on. eNCA reporter Hloni Mtimkulu was in Middelburg as the four men accused of the murders appeared in court.
