Water and Sanitation Minister Senzo Mchunu says he's fighting a losing battle in eThekwini. He blames this on the amount of water being lost in the metro. Speaking in Inanda, he says that even if another dam was built, it would not solve the problem. Frustrated residents have taken to the streets time and time again over water outages.
