SA's water crisis | Surgeries cancelled at Charlotte Maxeke

Johannesburg's Charlotte Maxeke Hospital was affected by a water outage in the early hours of Monday. This was due to insufficient supply and high water demand. Water tankers were deployed to assist and the department of health says that water was restored yesterday. But, the DA's Jack Bloom says the impact of this was dire.
