Sacred tribal cape: Cloak returns to Brazil from Europe

Brazil has formally accepted the return of a sacred cloak made by indigenous people, after it spent centuries in Europe. Indigenous people used 4,000 feathers from the scarlet ibis bird to create the cape before it was taken during the colonial era. Al Jazeera’s Paul Ging reports.
