Safe Carnival

The National Security Minister has confirmed collaboration with international law enforcement agencies over the safety of this year’s Carnival. How exactly they will be assisting local law enforcement agencies, is yet to be confirmed. However, there's another assurance from the acting Police Commissioner that, contrary to reports, police officers will be out in their numbers for Carnival. Jesse Ramdeo has the details.
