The ministry of health has appealed to the public to donate blood to address blood shortage challenges. A Ministry of Health senior official Dr. Charles Olaro was speaking at the launch of a campaign dubbed: 'Fueling Hope' by Viva Energy Uganda held at Shell Ntinda.
