School owner in the dock for squandering students’ exam fees

THE school owner who allegedly swindled more than 30 Ordinary Level students in Eastview, Harare after converting their exam fees to personal use has appeared in court facing charges of fraud and Contravening the Education Act. Findale Academy owner, Rutendo Zivanai was remanded in custody for bail ruling this Friday when he initially appeared at the Harare Magistrates Court Thursday.
