Scuba divers sent to help search and rescue at a flooded carpark in Spain
In a suburb near Valencia, one of the worst flood-hit towns, police sent scuba divers into an underground carpark at the Bonaire shopping centre. Water is being pumped out as hundreds of cars are submerged. Robots also being used to help the search and rescue. Meanwhile, mud was thrown at Spain's King Felipe and insults were shouted from protesters during a visit to Paiporta. This comes as locals are growing more frustrated with the slow response from authorities.
