Senator sees bill as timely

In his maiden debate, Government Senator Reverend Charles Morris sees the Facilitation of International Maritime Traffic Bill as timely. The Senator noted Barbados must keep up with the pace of the world. He believes matters at the Barbados Port Inc. that would have taken some time can be completed in a matter of hours.
