Senators Payman, Thorpe and Faruqi ‘can’t handle' their profile

Sky News contributor Gary Hardgrave discusses Senators Fatima Payman, Lida Thorpe and Mehreen Faruqi’s conduct in parliament. The calls come after the grouping of the three senators was likened to a similar group of progressive American politicians called ‘the Squad’. “These three can’t really handle the profile,” Mr Hardgrave told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “They are not really there for any reason other than shrill craziness, and we don’t have enough of that going on in our society outside of parliament. We don’t need it inside of parliament. “This is a nonsense argument and I think it’s important to the question, are these people meant to be in parliament?”
