Senior Grants Advisor of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC), Kyle Garnes explains the purpose of the Regional Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Matching Grants Programme and its eligibility criteria. The World Bank funded and OECS designed Regional MSME Matching Grants Program aims to boost the potential of MSMEs in the Blue Economy in three islands; St. Vincent & Grenadines, St. Lucia and Grenada. Individual MSMEs can apply for grants ranging from $5000.00 to $25,000.00 USD. The program falls under The Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) initiative.
