Shadow cabinet minister warns against minority government

Manager of Opposition Business Paul Fletcher has warned against a minority government in next year’s federal election. Mr Fletcher’s comments come after he announced he would not run for re-election in the upcoming federal election. “If you vote teal, you’re voting for Mr Albanese staying as prime minister, you’re voting for a Labor, Greens, teals minority government,” Mr Fletcher told Sky News Australia. “If you think the past three years have been bad, that’s going to be much, much worse.”
