Sharri Markson urges Sydney University to ‘explain’ deal with pro-Palestine activists

Sky News host Sharri Markson has called for the University of Sydney to “come out publicly and clearly explain” whether it has done a deal with an extremist group. The University of Sydney – in a deal with its Muslim Students Association – has committed to disclosing defence-related research publicly online. It comes amid concerns the fringe protest encampment had been infiltrated by members of Hizb ut-Tahrir – an extreme Islamist group.
