Showcasing Uganda's Tourism Potential - Sector players urged to enhance tourism Sites

The High Commissioner of the Republic of Uganda to Malaysia has called on the ministry of tourism and other key stakeholders to enhance and standardize Uganda’s tourism sites. The initiative aims to add value to locally made tourism products, attract more tourists, and boost the country’s foreign earnings. Ambassador Dr. Betty Bigombe is guiding a team of tour operators from Malaysia, the Phillipines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand on an insightful tour of Bigodi, near Kibale National Park, to explore Uganda’s community tourism initiatives.
