‘Significant’: Employees at high risk of burnout

More than 20 per cent of employees are in the high risk category of burnout, according to recent research from Workday. The research from Workday involved a survey of 2.6 million employees across 850 companies and 12 industries worldwide. The results showed that 27 per cent of employees are at high risk of burning out. Workday Senior HR Director, Asia Pacific, and Japan Melissa Bowden says the percentage is “significant”.
