Significant savings from IMF charges review

The recent announcement by IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva on the review of charges and the surcharge policy will result in significant savings for the Barbados Government. The IMF surcharge fees were heavily criticised as they imposed additional charges on top of regular interest payments.
