Simon Peter Kasumba has sued the Human Rights Commission for delay of the case he reported in 2016.

A one Simon Peter Kasumba through Centre for Health Human Rights and Development CEHURD, has sued the Uganda Human Rights Commission to the constitutional Court for alleged delay in hearing his case. Kasumba claims that he reported the case to the Human Rights Commission in 2016 where his wife Joyce Bundoli died during child Birth in Kiboga Hospital due to alleged negligence, but his case has never been heard.
