Singapore a key target for terrorists; recent attacks in Malaysia a reminder of threat: Shanmugam

Home Affairs and Law Minister K Shanmugam said Singapore remains a key target for terrorists, even though it has not faced a specific terrorism threat recently. Reflecting on last month's attack on a Johor police station and the subsequent arrests of over a dozen terror suspects, Mr Shanmugam said violent ideology continues to resonate in this region, and Singapore must stay vigilant against such threats.
