Singapore Indoor Stadium to be replaced by new arena in Kallang

Singapore is building another indoor arena as part of efforts to refresh the Kallang Alive precinct. The move aims to help the island-state lure top-tier events amid growing competition in the region. In the future, the new arena will replace the current Singapore Indoor Stadium, which is more than three decades old. Elsewhere in the precinct, two new state-of-the-art facilities, the Kallang Tennis Hub and the Kallang Football Hub, will both open this year. Alif Amsyar reports.
