Singapore to set aside S$165m over four years to attract major sporting events

Singapore is setting aside S$165 million over the next four years to attract major sporting events to its shores. Culture, Community and Youth Minister Edwin Tong said this adds to an already vibrant sporting calendar, and boosts economic growth and global recognition for the island state.
