Commissioner Cleopas Ndorere made the remarks at the buyer mission closing ceremony in Kampala. Drawing from his extensive experience in both bilateral trade and SME marketing, Cleopas Ndorere highlighted a challenge faced by many SMEs, where a focus on logistical concerns often precedes the importance of skill acquisition.
