Watch News at Ten as Eurostar has announced it will run all services to Paris, Brussels and London tomorrow after a flooded tunnel saw all trains cancelled today. The company said in a statement that the flooding has been brought under control, meaning a full service can operate. "There will be some speed restrictions in place in the morning which may lead to delays and stations are expected to be very busy," Eurostar said.
