Sky News host blasts lack of ‘scrutiny and accountability’ from Labor government

Sky News host Chris Kenny has blasted the lack of “scrutiny and accountability” from the Albanese government following the blocking of a proposed gold mine project in New South Wales. “I first told you nearly a fortnight ago about how the crucial tailings dam for the mine had been blocked by the federal Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek on secret cultural heritage claims,” Mr Kenny said. “The system here is the problem, the lack of scrutiny and accountability, the secrecy, the ridiculous leveraging of disputed Indigenous claims by a green left government. “Labor should admit their error, remove the ban, and put in place better processes for next time."
