Small bands Panorama prelims underway

Preliminary judging for the small conventional bands category in this year's Panorama competition continues at pan yards throughout the country. On Friday, Rishi Ragoonath was at three competing bands in San Fernando, where members spoke to him about their need for financial assistance. Sascha Wilson has the details in this report.
