The Woman Member of Parliament for Butebo District Agnes Ameede emphasizes the need for establishment and empowerment of regional disaster Centers to enable quick response. These concerns come at a time the fate of over 270 households in Butebo District remains uncertain following a heavy storm that rendered them homeless.
