Social services merging soon

The planned amalgamation of this country's social service agencies should be completed by year-end. The update from the Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey. The agencies which will be brought under one umbrella body are the Child Care Board, the Welfare Department, the National Disabilities Unit and the National Assistance Board.
