Some tourists left stranded after Typhoon Shanshan hits Japan

Typhoon Shanshan made landfall in Kyushu, Japan, on Thursday (Aug 29), wreaking havoc and claiming at least 6 lives. The typhoon has since been downgraded by authorities but is expected to approach central and eastern Japan, including Tokyo, over the weekend.
