Some White Plains parents upset about elementary school's early start time

The morning bell at an elementary school in White Plains is going to ring a bit later next year. Currently, Church Street Elementary School starts at 8:15 a.m., but next year, it will move to 8:40 a.m. CBS News New York's Zinnia Maldonado spoke to parents who aren't happy with the time change.
