‘Something to be treasured’: Australians seeking ‘value’ for Father’s Day gifts

Australian Retailers Association Chief Industry Affairs Officer Fleur Brown says when choosing a Father’s Day present it “really comes down to value”. “That’s the word we keep hearing and of course, that’s very subjective,” Ms Brown told Sky News Australia. “For some people, it’s not necessarily the cheapest price, it means that they feel like they’re getting something extra special, a bargain, something to be treasured.”
