Sources close to US President Joe Biden have allegedly seen “15, 20 occasions” of the 81-year-old’s cognitive decline. According to Fox News, these occasions echo the oldest-ever sitting president’s performance at Thursday’s presidential debate. Journalist Carl Bernstein spoke to CNN host Anderson Cooper on Monday about Biden’s “horror show” debate performance. “These are people, several of them who are very close to President Biden who loved him, have supported him and among them are some people who would raise a lot of money for him,” he said. “And they are adamant that what we saw the other night, the Joe Biden we saw, is not an, a one-off, that there have been 15, 20 occasions in the last year and a half when the president has appeared somewhat as he did in that horror show that we witnessed.” The 80-year-old spoke about President Biden’s recent address to the nation after the US Supreme Court immunity ruling. Bernstein stated those who have seen the 46th president most often notice a “marked incidence of cognitive decline and physical infirmity”.
