South African Human Rights Commission speaks on 2021 July Unrest

The South African Human Rights Commission has been critical, of government departments that have failed to implement recommendations, contained in its 2021 July Unrest report. The commission says some departments are yet to respond. The report, released in January in KwaZulu Natal, was relaunched again in Gauteng. eNCA reporter Pule Letshwiti-Jones has more.
