South Korea's Constitutional Court has begun proceedings into a case to impeach the president, almost two weeks after Yoon Suk Yeol's short-lived imposition of martial law. The first public hearing scheduled on Dec 27 will confirm major legal issues of the case. Six court justices now have 180 days to decide whether to remove Mr Yoon or to reinstate him. CNA's Loke Wei Sue speaks with Stephen Nagy, Professor of Politics and International Studies at the International Christian University.
