South Korea marks its first North Korean Defectors' Day on Jul 14. That's when it implemented a law to protect and provide support to help defectors settle in, back in 1997. But many North Koreans continue to find it a challenge to adapt to life across the border. CNA’s senior Korea correspondent Lim Yun Suk has more.
