South Korean authorities fail to arrest President Yoon Suk Yeol

South Korean authorities have failed to arrest impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol over his attempt to declare martial law. It was deemed impossible to execute the arrest warrant after a six-hour standoff as the political and military crisis continues to escalate. Protestors from both sides continue to flood the streets of Seoul.
