South Korean opposition files motion to impeach Acting President Han Duck-soo

South Korean investigators have delivered another summons to President Yoon Suk Yeol. This is the third time he has been summoned over his brief imposition of martial law. Investigative agencies may seek an arrest warrant for the suspended president if he fails - again - to appear for questioning. An impeachment motion has also been filed against Acting President Han Duck-soo. The Democratic Party said it is acting in response to Mr Han's refusal to appoint three justices to fill the nine-member Constitutional Court, which will begin hearings to impeach Mr Yoon tomorrow.
