Speaker Among advocates for the re-introduction of Red Cross Bill 2021

The speaker of parliament Annet Anita Among has tasked officials of Uganda red cross society to expedite the process of coming up with the red cross amendment bill 2021, give it to the prime minister and attorney general to re- introduce it to parliament, have it debated and passed to support humanitarian activities in the country. While speaking to the officials at parliament Among said if red-cross bill is passed into an ACT, parliament will have a law through which to allocate money to red cross for humanitarian services.
