Special prayers known as Duwa for fallen Kawempe North MP Muhammed Ssegirinya are being held at Nooh Mbogo. Ssegirinya died yesterday at Lubaga Hospital, where he had spent weeks in its intensive care unit. The MP had battled illness for a long time, including being hospitalized in Nairobi, Kenya. His constituents told NTV yesterday that they have lost a leader who truly loved them.
