Special Prosecutor gunned down

Attorney-at-law Randall Hector was the final murder victim of 2024, bringing the year's toll to 624. The attorney was gunned down just an hour before the new year as he returned to his car with his family. Hector's death is being described as an assassination. Otto Carrington tells us more.
