St Luke’s Eldercare, REACH Community Services launch integrated care facility for seniors

Seniors may soon enjoy seamless access to a suite of care services near where they live, allowing them to age well in their community. This comes after an integrated senior care facility - the first of its kind for the eldercare sector - aims to be a model that will be replicated across the island. The first such centre is at Teck Whye, residing in a few units across two floors of an HDB block. Muhammad Anwar Bahajjaj finds out more.
