St. Peter residents share concerns about development
A major bone of contention for some St. Peter residents is the proposed Eden Grove Development. The 100 million dollar project would involve the construction of a mini city consisting of 150 homes, hotel, spa, restaurants, sporting facility, cinema and more. However, during last night's Parish Speaks, Gibbs residents voiced their objections. In response, Senior Minister in the Prime Minister's Officer, Dr. William Duguid has confirmed the developer, Grove Group Developments, would be required to undertake an environmental impact assessment.
