Strengthening disease surveillance - Seven border points to receive ICT equipment worth 62,000

The Minister of Health Dr Jane Ruth Aceng has received ICT Equipment worth 62,000 Euros for disease surveillance donated by EU & BMZ to be coordinated by Intergovernmental Authority on Development - IGAD. Aceng noted that the ICT equipment donated will elevate data management practices, making disease surveillance more efficient and streamlined. Aceng made the remarks during handover ceremony of ICT equipment that will be distributed to various border points.
