Stuart gets the nod

The speculation is over, Stuart Young has been chosen by a majority of PNM Members of Parliament to take over as the leader of government. It comes three days after the Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley announced he will step away from politics. Dr Rowley revealed that development at the conclusion of the PNM's two-day parliamentary retreat in Tobago where the PNM's leadership was the centre of discussions.
