Submit 'certificate of no POGOs' by end of January, DILG tells LGUs

Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said on Friday (January 3) that local government units are required to submit by the end of the month a certification that there are no Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators or POGOs in their areas.
