‘Suppliers and the retailers’ feeling the inflated food and grocery prices

The ACCC public hearing into the supermarket pricing practices heard from the companies directly for the first time. Australian Food and Grocery Council CEO Tanya Barden says increased food and grocery prices are felt by “suppliers and the retailers”. Ms Barden told Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood that there are cost pressures on “multiple fronts”.
