The Supreme Court has ordered Ajit Pawar's faction of the Nationalist Congress Party to stop using Sharad Pawar's name, symbol, and photograph to endorse their party activities. This comes after a hearing where Sharad Pawar challenged the Election Commission of India's decision to recognise Ajit Pawar's faction as the authentic Nationalist Congress Party.
