Supreme Court Launches E-Litigation Portal For Criminal Cases

The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court has launched its E-Litigation Portal for new criminal proceedings filed in the High Court and Magistrates Court in St. Lucia. This transforms the criminal filing process from a manual system to a fully digital platform accessible from any device. The portal aims to improve efficiency in case management and address the backlog of cases, with support from key stakeholders in the justice system.
