Supreme Court plans to renew practice directions

The Barbados Supreme Court has committed to further mediation across the judicial system. And to help with this drive, they are on a path to renew the practice directions which govern the mediation process. This is according to Mediation Coordinator of the Barbados Supreme Court Theo Franklyn. He was speaking during an open day at the Henry Forde and David Simmons Legal and Judicial Complex.
